Subnet announces new Managed Service customer acquisition
Adelaide, South Australia, September 9, 2020 – Subnet, a leading provider of Managed IT Services, Cloud Services, ICT Consulting, and Tier 1 products, based in South Australia, today announced that it has signed a partnership to provide Managed Services to District Council of Karoonda East Murray.
As part of the Managed Services contract, Subnet will provide coverage for Karoonda East Murray’s infrastructure (server, storage and networking) and End User Support including 24×7 On-Call support to ensure the customer gets assistance if there is a critical after-hours issue.
“We welcome District Council of Karoonda East Murray to the Subnet family. It is a validation of our Managed Services and the continued value that we provide for our customers, in reducing their Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of their IT infrastructure and comprehensive coverage of their systems”, said Brett Lodge, Managing Director, Subnet. “Subnet realised that regional SA has a huge latent demand for quality IT services that can help councils and businesses realise true business outcomes while reducing IT overheads. Our Berri office affords us the opportunity to support local councils and businesses in their IT and digital transformation journey.”
“Subnet was a clear choice for us for managing our IT environment. They bring the experience of supporting local councils like ourselves along with the technical know-how, depth in expertise and resources and most importantly the local presence that we were looking for when deciding on our partner. Subnet supplied all of our new server and desktop hardware in 2018, so it now makes sense for them to provide us with managed services to manage these devices.” said Matthew Morgan, CEO, District Council of Karoonda East Murray.
